Soft Targets - Calm Me Down
Recorded with Atlanta based producer/engineer Tim DeLaney (The Swimming Pool Qs, Kopernik), the band’s sophomore LP, Heavy Rainbow, takes the distinctive sound of Soft Targets’ first album, Frequent Flyer, and builds on it, adding new dimensions to the songwriting, bringing in more layers and counter-melodies, experimenting with texture and song-form while at the same time, lovingly embracing the classic pop sweetness of artists such as ELO and Todd Rundgren.
